The next Five Day Academy for Spiritual Formation will be held April 19 through 24, 2020 at the St. Benedict Center near Schuyler, Nebraska.
Registration must be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable deposit or the full amount based on room occupancy. If paid in full, $100 of the total is non-refundable.
All participants must pay the full cost by April 1, 2020. If you initially pay the $100 deposit, the balance due payment may be made through the web site. Choose the option matching your original single/shared choice from the 'Room and payment' list below. When paying the balance due, you only need complete the Enrollment Form items marked with an asterisk so we can match it with your original registration.
No payments will be accepted at the event itself.
Full payment policy: In the past people have registered and paid the deposit but then neither cancelled nor participated. This deprives people on the waiting list of participating and also creates a financial loss for the Academy (your $100 deposit does not cover room and board). If full payment is not received by April 1, 2020, your reserved slot will be given to a person on the wait list.
This is a popular event, so if you must cancel, please do so at the earliest possible time so a person on the waiting list may attend.
The on-line registration must be paid with a credit card.
If you are paying by check, please download the brochure and complete the registration on it (click this blue text to download the brochure). Then send the completed registration and your check made out to the Nebraska Methodist Foundation to the Registrar:
